The bed table lampshade was severely stained. The chair apolstery had a disgusting stains, some of which appeared to be of sexual activity origin. The sheets that were on the bed were stained with bodily fluid and filled with holes. On last night of stay Front Desk employee told me I could come downstairs and get clean sheets to put on the bed.

It never happened! Each time I returned from work I found the room with the exact same issues. Second room just as FILTHY!!!! Not given another opportunity to change rooms Was promised housekeeping would arrive to rectify the issues. The initial room was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHYand the refrigerator was not working properly. I had to pay for a room that I didn't stay at. I would recommend no one risk booking at this hotel because we needed to find alternative last minute arrangements as a result of their actions. We only left the hotel because the manager assured us we only need to contact t mobile for the refund. Looking at the hotel reviews online, this is not the first time they've done a bait and switch like this.

When they reached out to the hotel, the hotel refused to release the money. I contacted t mobile and explained the situation to them. We left the hotel and found another hotel to stay at. She said we can contact t mobile travel and they will be able to refund the amount. The manager told us they cannot directly refund our money because we did not book through the hotel. I explained that I only reserved at that hotel because we wanted to stay in the room with the jacuzzi. When I showed my reservation with that specific room, the manager came out and said it's not available anymore. When we arrived, we were told that there would be an additional charge for the room we booked. I called the hotel to confirm that I was booking the correct room. I booked a specific room at this hotel because it advertised a jacuzzi in the room.
